Everyone was very friendly and handled my dog like she was their own. Price was great. Living on a fixed income doesn't leave much for extras
horrible experience this time around. the computer was down. very disorganized!!!! i had to remind them to give the rabies shot and draw blood work after dog was seen. i felt uneasy how they were receiving payment. they just wrote down your credit card info down on paper.
When I lived 31 years in Woodbury, NJ; I NEVER ONCE had any problem with scheduling or paying for pet care: emergency or once a year. York, PA has been HORRIBLE! I was charged $31.00 for nail trimming. My dog only needed the front nails trimmed. Why charge for a full trim when only needed front trim? Also when I asked for prescriptions for Bravecto and Interceptor Plus. I didn't get them even though I had blood testing done for Heart Worms.
