I had an urgent need to call Petty's Mechanical and make an appointment. The ceiling fan and light in the kitchen stopped working. We had no power or light in the kitchen. The urgency happened when I was spray cleaning around the stove and a wire starting sparking- I was terrified- I was able to split the wire and use electrical tape on it for a temporary fix. I had a great experience with Brian. He was very responsive and professional. Gave me a quote right away and scheduled work to be completed. No back and forth I have experienced with other people in the area. Completed all electric work on the day scheduled despite some complications with the building. Very happy, will use for all electric/HVAC services and would recommend to other people. Thank you!

I had a great experience with this company from the first phone call till the job was done. Very professional and kind on the phone and received texts informing me of the appointment as well as my receipt. I was called to see if I wanted an earlier appointment due to a cancellation since my AC wasn’t working and it was 85 in my house.
