Family ran business, seemed to care about giving the best repair service while keeping the costs down. They are honest and straightforward , did not recommend repairs I did not need. They explained what was going on with my a/c in terms easy to understand, recommended a fix, repaired the issue, gave me some tips to optimize the a/c performance, and I was on my way. I will you them again in the future.
They are miracle workers! We took our car to two different dealerships and neither one could fix our air conditioner. Petty's Cool Shop found the problem right away and were able to fix it.
