Just a little story about Billy Petty's shop. my husband needed tires for his pickup and Billy had a set that were very lightly used and looked brand new. husband couldnt pay what the man wanted for the tires (it was a consignment sale). Billy tried to talk the man down a little but he wouldnt budge. Billy called my husband and said since the guy wouldnt budge and Billy knew my husband needed tires badly, he would mount and balance them for near nothing, then said Merry Christmas.
