Picked up my truck today from Tom Petty at #pettymotorworks in Waretown. I am blown away by the professionalism and communication I recieved from them. Throughout the entire process Tom Petty and his team communicated every step of the way, and were able to articulate exactly what was going on with my truck so I could easily understand. Omg! Tom and his staff are the greatest! Long story short, blew a radiator hose on the garden state pkwy, found his shop at 4:30pm on a Friday, which is 30 mins before closing. Tom's kind heart waited for us to show up. He was able to find the part and install it and back on the Garden state with my family at 6:03pm. I cannot think Petty Motorworks enough. They not only did everything they said they would - they were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. This was my first interaction with them and I can say honestly this is where all of my future car repair business will go. When you find a business in this day and age that treats you like a person as opposed to a number you don't forget it.
