Like others have stated before getting my money, they were attentive. After getting their payment, their attentiveness left a lot to be desired. To be fair, an employee was ill, but I took that into account when waiting for responses and writing this review. I am an understanding person and was told I was "on the radar" when weeks were going by with no communication. I got not a single dollar from the insurance company.
