Love the bacon, smoked chops, ham and smoked salmon its to die for! What I don't like are the casings that they have on cheddar dogs. It's like chewing through leather, very bad. Won't buy those again unless they change it up. We had to scrape the meat out in order to eat it. not good. Good flavor... but not good. I'm a retired meat cutter so I know how to cook. No I wouldn't microwave them or boil them, lol. I grilled them just like I've been grilling hot dogs for the past 50 years.
