This is an awesome place to get your braces or anything done. IT IS AWSOME!!!
This office overall has been wonderful, but my experience with Dr. Karras was the opposite. She spoke to me in a condescending and disrespectful tone when I raised concerns about my teeth (after I was asked how my teeth were doing). A lot of children come to this office, and if she treated me that way, it raises serious concerns about how she may treat children. My son’s braces keep falling off and they can’t fix. Don’t go here. Go somewhere else.
The visit started promptly, which I appreciated. Everyone was very pleasant, professional, and patiently answered all of my questions and explained the treatment thoroughly.
