I was there a couple of years ago and decided to return because I liked the service and the way Dr. Petty treated us, but this time my experience was terrible. I made the appointment for one specific reason: to get a professional second opinion regarding my daughter's Invisalign treatment. Kind staff but even though I’ve paid my balance in full, they have consistently refused to continue my Invisalign service. Telling me they’ll reach out to corporate just to never respond. Don’t waste your money, make sure you do your research accordingly.
I have to say I was really impressed with the ENTIRE staff. From the ladies who welcome you upon entry, the staff who work on your braces monthly, and the orthodontist. This, in my opinion, is a "well-oiled machine" that is definitely putting its best foot forward for its customers. As an adult getting braces, I was a bit nervous, but they made this experience worth it in so many ways. There wasn't a question that didn't get answered. I would recommend them to every and anyone ten times over.
This is an awesome place to get your braces or anything done. IT IS AWSOME!!!
