Kind staff but even though I’ve paid my balance in full, they have consistently refused to continue my Invisalign service. Telling me they’ll reach out to corporate just to never respond. Don’t waste your money, make sure you do your research accordingly.
I have to say I was really impressed with the ENTIRE staff. From the ladies who welcome you upon entry, the staff who work on your braces monthly, and the orthodontist. This, in my opinion, is a "well-oiled machine" that is definitely putting its best foot forward for its customers. As an adult getting braces, I was a bit nervous, but they made this experience worth it in so many ways. There wasn't a question that didn't get answered. I would recommend them to every and anyone ten times over.
This is an awesome place to get your braces or anything done. IT IS AWSOME!!!
This office overall has been wonderful, but my experience with Dr. Karras was the opposite. She spoke to me in a condescending and disrespectful tone when I raised concerns about my teeth (after I was asked how my teeth were doing). A lot of children come to this office, and if she treated me that way, it raises serious concerns about how she may treat children. My son’s braces keep falling off and they can’t fix. Don’t go here. Go somewhere else.
