Left feeling dissapointed. I was proposed to on Christmas with a beautiful ring my parter purchased from you. Unfortunately he was double charged with the first tap saying declined on your machine but it did actually go through. (Is being fixed up via the bank). I then went to the store to organise resizing. Purchased two pairs of gold earrings from this store as Christmas gifts for my nieces. Both pairs were faulty. One pair was never even taken out of the box, yet the backing was already mangled. The other pair was worn once or twice and the backing fell apart. When I went into the store with photos, the staff member immediately blamed my nieces, claiming they must have pushed the earrings in on an angle, even after I explained that one pair had never even been taken out of the box. I purchased my thin 9crt gold chain 5 years ago about . I seriously wear it if l go out to dinner which is once every few months and Xmas day .lm 55 years old so lm not rough with it . It cost me $350 . I scratched it once whilst l was wearing it 2 or 3 years ago and it broke . I have never worn it in the shower . I have never worn it for probably 5 hours at a time . I went in to resize my bracelet, I had worn it already and was told not much could be done after wearing it yet Kionne was so helpful and found a way to resize for me and it fit perfectly with no additional cost. I gets lots of jewellery from here and I always leave happy. Highly recommend
