After several messages and attempted phone calls to get an appointment to see a rental property, our appointment was cancelled six minutes before it started. This occurred after I tried to check in that morning via phone call and message that a representative would be there. After making the drive to the property, I saw a text message that they cancelled six minutes prior..... I wouldn't recommend any veteran use this company to find a home. They will take your money but won't go above and beyond trying to help someone.
We are so thankful for Rachel and her team of rock stars that helped us to rent out and eventually sell our home! They were always very professional, courteous, responsive and helpful with any questions we asked and concerns that we had.
