Do your self a favor and don't use Pettit Property Management. They failed to do basic due-diligence in regards to managing the property and being on the same page as the renters. Makes me curious what the people on their payroll even do, rent from somewhere else.
I highly do not recommend renting from this company. As a military family we have never had a bad experience with a property management. The photos we were sent versus what we moved into were very different. I will not go into details of all the stress this company caused us, but I am very thankful the owner decided to hire another company take over because this property magnet is so unprofessional and does not truly care about the property at all. My mom taught me that if I don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all... As a landlord, I do NOT recommend their services for landlords or tenants.
My family had a really good experience with Pettit Property Management. They worked with us to find a wonderful house that would allow us to keep our pets, and it was the simplist move in process we've experienced. They made repairs when we reported them and always notified us in advance if there were services being done to the house. If we ever find ourselves back in the PNW we will definitely be contacting Pettit for another home.
