The owner is incredibly sexist. If you are woman he will talk down to you, insult you, and any mistake he makes he will deny, blame on you. After he failed to send notice of an increase in rent which I then didn't pay he asked "Did you forget because you are pregnant or something?" No, as a matter of fact, it is because you didn't do your job, not because of pregnancy. That is not the only time he has made sexist remarks. Curmudgeon of a man who has no problems being condescending to the people he does business with.
