I talked to a lady named D, and she didnt seem very happy to help, im sure this job drags on but at least dont be so unhelpful. It seemed like she was busy with other things and was trying to end the phone call. I paid the $75 fee for them to take on my case and ever since then i haven't received an email, letter in the mail, or anything.
