I have been under the care of Dr. Pettine since 2017. I had gastric sleeve surgery done in Mexico and suffered complications after I had returned home. I saw many of the staff at the bariatric clinic before Dr. Pettine took over my care since he was the most specialized. He was arrogant, rude, and dismissive. And then unwilling to apologize when he was wrong.
Over 15 years ago Dr. Pettine did my weight loss surgery and never stopped caring for me. I still have the weight off however, he and the staff taught me how important changing my life of food was and still is today!! Thank you Dr Pettine and staff. My daughter is looking into calling Dr Pettine and so I really look forward to her first appointment and I will be there as well.
Dr. Pettine is a great surgeon. He performed port placement and lumpectomy for me and did both surgeries in an excellent way. Recovery was surprisingly painless, fast and easy. He also took his time and explained everything I needed to know.
I have used Dr. Pettine twice now for two separate hernia repairs over the course of 6 years. He is willing to complete the surgery in the clinic to help ease the financial burden. He is very nice and friendly. I would recommend him!
I will not recommend this doctor to anyone he is arrogant, rude and provides poor bedside manner.
A month ago, I began having intense pain in my back, just below the shoulder blade. An ultrasound examination revealed I had gallstones. I contacted Dr. Pettine. We met on Tuesday. By Thursday, I had my gall bladder removed. He did it with a laparoscope--four small incisions, and my gall bladder was history. No more back pain! I am really pleased by Dr. Pettine's skill as a surgeon and by his friendly personality. I highly recommend him.
Dr Pattine did my panniculectomy Dec 5th and is an amazing Dr. He's extremely knowledgeable and he is so great to be around in person. His confidence really makes you feel at ease with him performing your surgery. I'm extremely grateful to have had him as my surgeon.
