If you are a working parent do no book here. My children’s appointments were canceled twice with no explanation. July 24th and then Aug 4. I didn’t mind the first time as things happened. I really didn’t mind the 2nd either until I asked if there was anyway to be accommodated within the next 2 weeks since I was canceled twice. I was told no and the next available wasn’t for another 5 weeks. I politely asked to be connected to an office manager and was denied the opportunity. Wow! I was blown away by this children’s dentist. The office is decorated with dinosaurs and so much fun for the kids. The staff works so well with the kids and the doctor was extremely kind. My son didn’t want to leave, so I will be coming back with his two sisters 🙂
We have been seeing *Dr Pettinato for over 10 years and they have always been extremely amazing
Dr Pettinato and staff are amazing! They are patient, kind, gentle, and make the experience fun for children. I wouldn’t take my daughter anywhere else.
