RecommendedMy husband and I tried Petterino’s restaurant because it was next door to the theatre where we saw a play. Our waitress was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the menu and highly recommended the New York strip steak. It melted in your mouth! My husband had the chicken parmigiana. Large serving of chicken with pasta and Italian sauce that truly tasted delightful! This will be our go to place the next time we’re back in Chicago.
absolutely tremendous menu and quality food every visit. the wait staff is amazing and the wine list is versatile. perfect for brunch, lunch, or dinner on any occasion 👍👏👏

Discriminating and horrible service! So upset was told what a great place it was and the staff and manager were below any service standard known to man!

Atrocious and demeaning. I think it was because I was talking to a homeless guy that was outside. If that is not the reason I have no clue what caused the horrible treatment by the staff. We will NEVER return to this judgemental establishment. I will share our experience over and over. Unacceptable.
