I went in to this location and bought several items last night. One of the items was a dog collar. I am getting a new puppy and was unsure of the size I needed. After thinking about it I decided I should get the next size up so next day I go in to exchange the collar. I did not have a receipt, but I could show them that I was there the night before and bought items. They absolutely WOULD NO T MAKE THE EXCHANGE. Utterly ridiculous! I will NEVER spend money in this jank store ever again.
I bought a cockatiel from Petsway. It died two days after the two week mark of getting it from Petsway , and I was not refunded with money or another bird. I will not recommend this store for anyone!!
I’ve came to this store 5 different times in two weeks to get food for my python.. every time I come in they tell me they’re sold out... THEN UP THE THE INVENTORY NUMBERS!!! Come on guys... y’all are never out of dog food!! Then why are you out of snake food!! Get it right!!
