Super attentive to my dog every time. Nice accommodations for him, as well as individual and group play offered. He is treated with a lot of care and I get updates in real time. I also receive a report after his stay and there are rooms & play areas where you can view your dog during their stay. He always is very happy and excited!
Our puppy really enjoyed her times at Pet Suites and everyone who works there has always been very nice and helpful but she has caught kennel cough twice now and it has always been within a week of a visit here, she is fully vaccinated per the policy, sad that this has happened!

I used to love bringing my dog Baaz to PetSuites, but after this last visit, I’m heartbroken and disappointed. When I picked him up, he smelled , his fur was still damp and matted, and he was clearly uncomfortable. He ended up developing a hot spot, likely from not being dried properly after playing in the water. which is completely unacceptable.
