I had to take my baby there yesterday and they were all amazing. My max was in so much pain and this mama was completely upset. They took great care of him and were very compassionate with me.
I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Dr. Turner and the staff. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The building was clean and comfortable. We have a special needs puppy and it was a relief to see that Dr. Turner was caring and concerned. She is very professional, very personable and very knowledgeable. We are so happy that our little Holly is in such good hands.
Absolutely love petstar would not take my fur babies anywhere but the best. Dr Turner is the most caring vet in town. The facility is amazing and well managed. Wouldn't recommend anywhere but.
We are so grateful to Dr Turner and staff for caring and loving our sweet Ellie. There are no words to express the love and concern that you all showed each and every time Ellie had to visit. To trust you with something so precious to us, was never a question. I always thought y'all considered her part of y'alls family too!!! Which made us very happy! Can't say enough good for Dr. Turner and her staff. My Mady Mae had kidney stones and Dr. Turner operated and removed them. She has been a different little doggy ever since. Even when they are super busy, you are always treated with courtesy and never rushed. Each of their patients are their most important focus so just know that sometimes it may take a while but I would rather it be that way than to be rushed through. Definitely worth the wait if you have to.
I was very hesitant at first to board my two babies but they did a wonderful job with them and my babies were very happy when we got them. Will definitely use again when we have to travel. And I highly recommend them for anyone needing to board their fur babies!!
Dr. Turner and her staff are fantastic! Everyone I talked to was caring and compassionate, and willing to help our situation as best as possible. This has been, hands down, my best experience at a veterinarian since my first vet in 1992. Thank you, you're all gold stars!
Very friendly and informative staff. Best experience I've had with a veterinarian office in quite a while. Prices weren't bad and you can definitely tell they love what they do.
