My cat was Momo. She had a 24hr expressed emergency that I left my class for her to have a last minute appointment with this vet to see her in. We were very worried. The cat was not okay. Because it was a last minute appointment & vets are always busy, we weren't seen until almost closing time, regardless of the appointment. I have never left a negative review before because I don’t like to put negative energy out there but I feel like I have to because I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. I took my cat Mariah here because she was having some repeated coughing fits that seemed to be increasing and not getting better. The lack of care, knowledge and poor communication left me sick to my stomach all weekend until I got Mariah back to her prior Vet.
