Very attentive to our new pet needs
Horrible!! Went in for a grooming appointment and was told they tried to call me several times that the groomer is out sick. No one called me from PetSmart, NO ONE!! My phone history shows nothing. I hate being lied to and will NEVER use PetSmart ever again!!
I was able to get same day appointment and were really helpful when it came to my concerns about my puppy! Dr. Christy Tripp was very helpful when it came to giving me advice on how to get my puppy to eat when everything I had tried didn’t work!
Thank you to Dr. Jones and staff for seeing us on short notice. Would highly recommend this practice.
Carlos and Doctor Jones were great
