By far the worst experience at a vet. Dr Johnson will not listen to your concerns and needs as a customer. I could not get a word in with her. She did a “wellness” check on one of my dogs even after telling her I did not have a rabies certificate for her. She took it upon herself to still do it and then wanted to force me to pay for a rabies shot. My dog has her rabies shot I just didn’t have her certificate because she got it from a non profit who only provides paper certificates so it doesn’t work like a typical vet office... read more
our dog got a Hot Spot and needed an urgent care. We came to PeSmart in Folsom as our vet wasn't available. Doctor and care was very good and our dog is on his way to recovery.
Awful experience here. I had my daughter take my dog as I am disabled and have a hard time getting around. We did not receive one phone call reminding us of the appointment or saying you HAVE to provide proof of rabies vaccination to be seen by the vet. Amazing clinic! Family owned by a local veterinarian but has all the PetSmart benefits in one place! Staff were sweet and really loved on my furbaby. They love to give treats and love to stressed out or scared pets. Puppy paste for the win! Pup didn't even notice her vaccine! If your pet has a specific diet or food allergy, bring their favorite treat or toy when you visit them.
