I loved how well they took care of my 3yr old Shepherd. It was his first time at a groomers and they where kind to him. He made a lot of new friends that day. A big thank you to his groomer Kim!
I have taken my dog to this petsmart for grooming twice. today would have been the 3rd. they have done an OK job grooming him. as of today I will not be going back. I called last week to set up an appointment for him for today. I called this morning to verify the appointment and there was no appointment on the books for him!! I live 30 mins away from there luckily I called. I had another appointment today that I would of had to cancel because they wouldn't have been able to work him in!!
