Every time I call i get out in an indefinite hold. I understand being understaffed but what she did was super unprofessional. The first time she put me on hold and said she was going to check in something for me. I waited on hold for a few minutes before being disconnected. When I called back she answered with "it's just me and one other person so I'm just going to put you on hold and leave you there". I was literally dumbfounded by that remark. Guess I'll keep calling until someone wants to do there job
The manager in the grooming department is less than kind and very unprofessional. When a customer comes in and there is a problem with scheduling, even if Petsmart didn't make the scheduling error, (but in this case it actually was their fault), the right way to handle that is to simply apologize to the customer and tell them that you will certainly look into it and work on improving the process.
