Awesome staff! I have taken my lab to several different salons, including other petsmarts but this is the only location where she isn't nervous or scared. They care a lot about my baby girl and it shows.
I just got off the phone with Joe, the manager at Petsmart/Fullerton. I explained to him that my dog's therapeutic mattress was not as thick as I have seen others in the store. Even though I am just over the store warranty, he is happy to exchange the mattress for another. I always enjoy my shopping experience at Petsmart. The staff is friendly and professional!

Great Customer Service friendly staff.
Great store and the staff is more than helpful. I just wish they carried Nature's Variety Instinct Raw Food and Kibble. And it would even be better if they carried Prairie as well. My Labrador has been eating their food for 3 years now and couldn't be healthier. This store is a lot closer to me compared to Petco.......which I really don't care for and their prices are way to high!
I've always found the associates to be helpful and informative on products and locating products in the store. I've NEVER felt like they were doing ME a favor; but are genuinely happy to see you at their store. My only complaint is that they didn't have the pet picture taking with Santa Claus this year. Thepet picture were great as card enclosures.
