Every employee I have ever met at this location has been super nice and helpful. What gives? The Kaytee CritterTrail 2-Level Habitat we bought here killed my daughter's hamster, "Piper". The full water bottle didn't dispense water. I was prepared to forgive and forget, as long as my 100% honest review of the product was posted to the PetSmart website. They censored it. This is my response. People need to know.

Asked for price of clipping nails. Given a good price and customer service person was very nice and quickly gave the correct price and availability of appointment!

I have been taking my dogs to this PetSmart for 4 yrs. they go about every 2 mos. for grooming. Today I called for an appt. and they said they couldn't do them because their shots had been due on the 13th. I said I knew and that was why I needed to get them groomed to go to the vet. Its not like I've never been there and I'm coming in off the street with a couple of strays. I've never seen them mistreat my dogs but a couple of the groomers turn their noses up and say they don't do this kind of dogs and make unkind comments I... read more
have shopped this particular store for 11 years, primarily buying food and supplies for my cat. My vet recommends Ians cat food. They used to carry a complete supply of Iams products, but for the past year I have noticed the Ians selection has been greatly diminished. From now on I'll be shopping elsewhere in a well stocked store.
