My dogs liked the caregivers a lot & seemed happy & well adjusted after a 6 day, 5 nite stay. The grooming was unsatisfactory. Had my dog shaved & it wasn't even, & looked bad on my Buddy. But he's happy overall so I am too! My dog is difficult to groom so not all the fault of groomer, hair grows back & my boys were treated well. That's the most important thing to me, for boarding your sweeties you can feel confident that they will be well cared for at this Petsmart.
