Great customer service but refuse to even look up their own discounts. It would be nice if the company would allow the employees to use their phones to verify online sales instead of letting a Guinea pig go home without a mate! 😢 update: they never honored the discount so we paid full price for a new Guinea pig, think it’s been a month or 2 and now we are keeping him comfy as he passes away from a brain tumor
