Always understaffed and long wait times
I’m very pleased with the service my dog and I receive at the salon. Daisy always does an excellent job bathing my dog she’s quick, thorough, and consistently delivers great results. I actually prefer her work over anyone else’s. I just wish I could book her for haircuts too. Highly recommend!
I am very disappointed with the grooming service my dog received at the PetSmart in Hawthorne. Hailey was my dog’s groomer. I expected my dog’s hair to be shorter, so that’s not my concern. The problem is that the haircut is very uneven, and on her backside it looks like the clippers left a bald patch. The grooming looks rushed and unprofessional.
