We went in to look at the fish. Especially the Betta fish. Where we found them was sooo sad! They were on a shelf in TINY Tupperware, basically. Half of them looked dead, and ALL of them looked so miserable. We were appalled. They may not be kittens, but they deserve a comfortable place to exist. Disgusting. We'll never go into this place again.

I went to PetSmart to get some fish there was a tall man with long hair and glasses cleaning the tanks. We were there for at least half an hour he did not once ask us if we needed assistance. So I go up front to ask for help because I didn’t want to bother him because I knew he was cleaning tanks. They have him help us and his words first words are “ what do you want” and to me it sounded very rude.
