After 4 years of getting my dog groomed at this location, the manager called and said they could no longer groom him because he is "aggressive". She was extremely rude and I have never had an issue at this store until she groomed him. I will no longer be a Petsmart customer.
The cat groomer at this petsmart is incredibly afraid of kittens. She described the policy where she can stop at any point, I signed the papers and told her what I wanted done. She just kept saying that she was able to stop at any moment. The look of terror on her face was evident before during and after. She clipped his nails, a dog startled him and she dropped him on the floor. Sad about 30 day eviction notice for eleventh hour rescue. You just lost my business and I will make sure my family no longer shops at Pet Smart as well.
I will never shop there again, what you are doing to 11HR it's terrible. I used to shop there because of your partnership with them. Now I will never go there
So disappointed with PetSmart for kicking Eleventh Hour Animal Rescue out with only 30 days notice. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible and disgraceful! 11th Hour Rescue is being evicted and it is unbelievable that you are only giving them 30 days!!! Do you have no empathy? How do you expect them to find homes for all of these cats and dogs??? You are making a huge mistake that will hurt you financially...trust me on that one. Everyone I know in the area will never go to PetSmart ever again!! That is a promise.
Can't believe you are evicting 11th hour. How are they supposed to place all those dogs/cats in only 30 days??? Shame on you. I have a dog, cat and a parrot. Needless to say I spend a lot of money each month at your store. Not anymore.
