Fish tanks are disgusting all green, dead fish in tanks, made sure to say your filtration system isn't working but they just said oh yes it is it's just big and takes time....... bird cages are full of bird shit, cages still dirty without the birds, customer service is ridiculous.... more were in the front room then anything else laughing while the poor cashier had a huge line..... who ever the manager is at this place shouldn't be.......
The absolute worst service I have ever encountered. They couldn't just take the rabies tag on my dog as proof of his shots, so I had to got get the paperwork out in my car. I also had to take my dog outside the building in the rain. Only to come back in and be denied service. Reason: his shots were only updated the day before and we need to wait 48 hours. I stopped up to Petsmart on Saturday to see about taking Jasmine in for a well needed bath and quick grooming. They were able to fit her in that day. I explained that Jasmine is timid, shy around anything new. The staff did a fantastic job with Jasmine. I was able to stay in the store, out of sight, to keep an eye out in case she didn't adjust well. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and attention that Jasmine received.
