RecommendedHello Petsmart. You have a beautiful store but I have a suggestion for the adoption center. I didn't even realize you had an adoption section until I was standing in line and looking in the distance. I have asked multiple people that have been going there for years if they knew that you had an adoption section and they were shocked that they didn't know! RecommendedReally love the Lakewood store. I have to say that the manager is fabulous and the staff is always great. Really wish we had a pet smart in warren Pennsylvania.
Employees are always with a smile an very helpful to point me in the right direction to find what I need so I do not have to walk through the whole store which saves me time
RecommendedOur regular groomer canceled at the last minute and our curly haired cockapoo really needed groomed. We dont have many groomers in our area so decided to try PetSmart. We called to set up an appointment and got one right away. Admittedly, never having been before, we were a little nervous about what the outcome would be. Renee did a great job....He came out looking the best he ever has after being groomed!! Very happy with the whole process. We may have just found a new groomer.
I love to walk around and look at the pet supplys and buy when I can.
Took Cagni in for a bath and cut. The staff was awsome and Cagni looked great. Lakewood NY was our Petsmart. Loved the report card to. Would take her back.
