the times I have been to Petsmart the staff has always been friendly and kind. When I take my puppy, Dixie, they always take the time to speak to her and pet her. She loves it! We are currently doing puppy class and she loves Miss Sherri.
PetSmart has the worst stock I have ever seen. They are constantly out of the vegan dog food my dog can only eat. And they expect me to figure it out for weeks until they get more stock in?? Horrible management.
Well that is the LAST time Petsmart of Tupelo (@PetsmartSaltilloMS) will ever groom one of my animals! 😡 Kerby's whiskers have been shaved off unevenly and nobody happened to mention it when I picked him up and paid $70+ for all he had done. When I get home and notice it, I call the store to ask what happened and they only admitted to accidentally shaving off one side. Both sides have obviously been cut, unevenly and unnecessarily. As always, had good help. Only downside to this visit, they did not have any Harley Davidson dog collars.
