RecommendedBest employees all around. My dog loves his visits to PetSmart. He loves his trainer and everyone in the store for the extra special attention he receives. This place really makes their customers feel appreciated.
Great staff and are friendly to pets and owners
We are going through puppy training with Skye. She is very patient and knowledgeable about puppy and their needs.
Dianne does a good job with Maggie. Maggie loves her. Dianne has a very good personality. Michelle is good too.
Petsmart is the only place in Tupelo that would groom my poor two furbabies in desperate need of a groomer during this covid19. They were great with my dogs. They were very professional and had an eye for things I didn't notice. I really appreciated Petsmart finally opening their grooming salon because frankly it is the only place I trust with my dogs. I really want to thank the groomers helping my poor dogs during this difficult time.
the employees were nice n polite n as soon as we walked in the door.they greeted us n our animals.
Waiting to get fish and they wait on 5 ppl before u. waited a hour to get help service sucks.
The staff is completely careless . We adopted a kitty and it ran around a corner under their dumpster and they wouldn’t even attempt to help us get it out . I went back in and told the lady that adopted us a cat and she said “ oh well looks like you lost your kitty, we can’t help you” after telling us how much they care about there animals .
My granddaughter took their dog to tupelo (Saltillo) pet-smart when he was a puppy. They were very kind and nice and trained him. They were all excited about how kind and patient they were with him (the dog) very good Experience!
