Picked up our Khloe Bear to find out that they trimmed her nails to the point she bled all over the place. There is spots in her fur where they trimmed to close. When we discussed this with them, They seemed to have a attitude.. We will find a groomer. She will never be back up there to be groomed again!! I'm very unsatisfied with the service and the lack of respect they showed towards our dog and us as we'll..

New Manager just lost our business. You have to go through hoops to get price match. All the other employees are very nice. My business is now with Petco. We will spend our 300.00 month here now, due to the fact Lashaun said he didn't care how much we spent at his store.
Never again will I shop at petsmart in lake city! Twice in 2 months I have bought something and it was obviously used. The first was a wireless dog fence that when opened, smelled awful. As we pulled it out of the box, dog poop was quite visible in multiple spots on it. More recently, I bought a dog harness which was chewed through in multiple places. It looked like it had been shoved back in the box and not looked at after someone else returned it. Very disappointed and won't be going back!
You should be closed down for mistreating Guinea Pigs! Crowding seven into a small cage is criminal!!
7 guinea pigs in a TANK (unhealthy & unsuitable!) not even big enough to house one (even if it WERE suitable!!). Care about Pets??? I think not!
Loving caring pleasant place and it doesn't smell!
