Went to have my dog groomed this morning. Groomers were all running late. The older groomer was the last one in and she came in grumpy. She immediately staring fussing at the young groomers for letter two customers in the room...should not have happened in front of customers. Then I found out that my dogs rabies shot expired a week earlier. Definitely my over-site, but the same older lady made me feel like a criminal and humiliated me. We will not be going back.

I just watched the manager I think her name was amanda put her hands on a customer for no reason other than asking for corporate number over the way she was treated over them miss pricing a dog bed.. it was unreal the way the manager and the boy behind the register acted towards that lady and she was not rude didn't cuss or anything.. that store has went to crap yall really need to do something about the management in the lake city fl store
The most expensive pet store here in Lake City. Pet Supermarkets is at least half the price.
Bella loves PetSmart and Kierson. She is always well taken care of and loved. She is always well groomed and pampered. Kierson really shows she loves her job by the way she loves and handles Bella.
