RecommendedWhile he wasn’t cooperating for a picture to show off his do. Jess and Pet Smart made his birthday spa day spectacular. Not only does he look handsome, his handkerchief celebrating his birthday, and the two toys that were picked out carefully for him we’re cherished. He is squeaking in the background with joy as I write this. Thank you so much for taking care of his grooming for the last six years. Jess is the best!

I was at petsmart yesterday with my 2 dogs. getting their nails trimmed and one of the staff was rude and very aggressive to a small Shih Tzu type of dog. I would never expect to see a "professional " treat an animal like that. the look I gave the other staff went and got the manager. I would never leave my dogs there with that staff working there.
Please people do NOT take your fur babies to this place!!!! They killed a little fur baby, it’s not just this one but all the pet smarts that need to be looked into. 48 dogs have died after being groomed at pet smart in the last 3 years.
We are new owners of 4 month old shih-tzu puppies...Murphy and franky...we took them in for their grooming...not just a puppy cut...having 6 pine trees in our yard they end up with sap all over them...I don’t remember her name...but our puppies...who are not accustomed to being messed with...and pretty feisty...looked absolutely amazing...and more adorable than when they went in...thank you...we will be back...they will be back...
It's not a bad place at all dont get me wrong. But the workers in the grooming area some of them are right down rude. I'm paying customer they shouldn't treat customers like u sure u can afford to pay for this. Not impressed with the younger women working there.
Erin was my puppy’s groomer for his first year! She was awesome! Unfortunately they moved her out of there and I’ve really not been happy since! Riley always smelled so good and his nails were done right. Please bring Erin back where she belongs!!!
Grooming salon is VERY disappointing. Will never return with any of my three dogs. Store is great though and has some very helpful employees!
