Had a bad experience today with their grooming. My black lab has gotten her nails trimmed a ton of times here but today I took her in and one of the workers said she tried to bite them when doing her nails. Note that in the past I have never gotten a complaint or and comment of her being "aggressive" before when they did her nails. They told me that they wouldn't do her nails.
