Do not spend your hard earned money at a place that doesn’t care about its customers. I had a horrible customer service experience at the store. I then called corporate to make a complaint. The lady took all my information down and my statement and I was told I would be hearing from the manager within 48 hours. BUT EXCUSE ME THEY ARE IN THE RATCHET AND GHETTO CITY OF DANVILLE VIRGINIA.. DON'T CALL THEM OF GO THERE FOR NOTHING IM GOING TO WALMART OR THE PET STORE IN GREENSBORO NC CAUSE THEY DONT HAVE GHETTO FOLKS WORKING THEIR ESATBLISHMENT.
I called the store today inquiring about an in store pickup and the location of the santa photos and I cannot say enough how much Ryan helped me with my strange request to make sure my kids did not see a dog bed we bought since it will be a Santa gift. he even called me back to follow up with information. i cannot say enough how grateful I am, and photos with Santa went smooth and quickly. — with Christopher Mulero.
