My dog had an appointment this morning September 12, 2022 at 10:00 am. They refused to give her care just because she growled a little bit and Coco is NOT an aggressive dog. She act like that with unusual, unfamiliar face because they’re were different ones there this morning. But she will never bite anybody or harm anyone. She’s a very sweet little dog. I love the way Susan does my Yorkiepoo I took him to a local groomer while the salon was closed, frankly I don’t think they even gave him a bath. Never agpain, if Susan cant do him I will wait until she can. Susan is great with my little dog and he really likes her and so do I.
I love PetSmart In Columbus! They always do an amazing job and service my mom’s pets too!
Susan has been grooming my schnauzer since she was a puppy. She is amazing and so sweet!! ��
I brought my 90 lb Siberian Husky/Malamute to be groomed. She doesnt like to be brushed and she hates anything done to her feet/nails. Since I am unable to get her brushed completely myself, she certainly needed some work. April was her groomer and definatly went above and beyond with Luna. April did much more with her than I had expected, Luna was beautiful. I cant thank her enough!!
I love all petsmarts. I've always found the staff to be helpful and courteous. Plus any store that allows the bully breed to walk thru it's doors is a ok in my book. Especially the way people have a negative outlook on our breed. Keep up the great work and I love their selection of pet toys. It's the only place I can buy toys my bullies don't or can't destroy overnight. Lol
