These people are so rude to their customers. Told me I must CARRY my dog, even though I had a leash. I asked “where’s the sign on the door stating this??” They said “oh we don’t have one right now” 🙄 The only signs on the door said you must wear a mask. And half the customers had no mask on. Retarded. I won’t be back.
I went tonight to get crickets for my daughter's lizard. The girl that was working at the fish tanks (red hair), was so incredibly rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. The weird thing is that when I looked at Google reviews, other people had said the same thing. The lady at the register was super friendly.
In-store prices are twice that of online prices so you have to ask them to match THEIR OWN PRICES (after standing in line forever with only one register open) or choose the option I did, which was to order online for curbside pickup. (Yes, you can literally stand in the store and place an order online quicker than waiting in line, then walk out to your car and pick it up in a few minutes.) Out of town for the holidays I called and asked if PetSmart would price match Amazon. I needed food my my fur baby and was going to put stockings together from both. I spent over an hour in the store and had a cart full of items at checkout. When I told them I wanted to do a price match I was asked to pull the items up on my phone; I obliged and when I showed the items to the clerk I was told they would price match with “anyone except Amazon”! McKenna and Bryar (hope I spelled their names right) in the salon are awesome! I don’t let anyone else do our dogs nails. They are so great with our pets and do their nails so fast that it doesn’t give them time to get upset over it. Plus they get them short without ever going into the quick😊
I am a regular customer and am more impressed with the store and the staff. Everyone is always helpful and can guide you to the best product for your needs. Will always go there!
