It shouldn’t take 4 hours to bathe a small dog. The online booking says one hour. Sometimes people can’t move their saturdays around. I was told they are working the online booking issues out...what?!
I've only seen 2 friendly employees. The others act like it's a inconvenience

I just called & talked to a Manager( male, should've got his name) & because I didn't let him finish what he was saying, he told me he couldn't help me & hung up on me! Unbelievable.
Great customer service and knowledgeable staff! Got my tank running and helps me keep it running like it's supposed to.
Petco is offering free vaccinations and Petsmart wants $100 for just yrly shots and rabies.
Loved them we started taking our new puppy and they was very nice and helpful.
