I said last time I wouldn’t go back. Well I WON’t ever Go back!! I didn’t get my dog’s collar back. But her cut is horrible choppy, they didn’t trim her ears at all. Her backside has barely been trimmed. Her eyes are still stained by her tears I just cleaned them myself. I paid extra for teeth cleaning it didn’t get done. Amanda is the worst tech they have. I'd have an employee readily available to customers trying to get animals from the back. I came IN on Sunday, there were 3 employees there. one pushing around a cart collecting items to return to the back, one at the register and the third standing around chit chatting with friends. The lady who took my returns back today was incredibly sweet and very understanding. We purchased quite a bit of products for our ball python yesterday but upon returning home we found him deceased in his tank. We were able to take everything back without any problems from her. She was quick and genuine when offering her condolences to us. I did not catch her name but she did have the triforce symbol tattooed on her arm. She was so sweet.
Terrible service in grooming. We won't take our pups back. Update--it's been months since they shaved our pup (after me repeatedly asking them not to) and her hair still hasn't grown back in some spots. The groomer I took her to recently told me it might never grow back because the groomer shaved too close to the skin.
