Do not take your pet to pet smart!! I had never had to post anything on social media until now after having the worst experience ever with my dog and being humiliatedI was denied service for asking too many questions and for being extra careful with my doggy.
All the tanks have ick, lots of dead fish, including 6 dead bettas in cups on the shelves (1 that you could tell had been there quite some time in an advanced state of decay). When notified of the problem months ago nothing has been done. I do not recommend this store. The employees were however friendly and did try to answer my basic questions however they have no clue what they are selling.
Bought a rubberlips fish (algae eater) on the 9th and now all of our fish have Died!!! The fish had ick that we brought home. We Will NEVER buy from here again. We had our fish for over 2 years I feel terrible.
Was told, as I was checking out, that I had to wear a face mask. They didn’t mind it as I entered.... nor minded it as i paid my $100 plus dollar purchase..... I will not be back nor will I shop petsmart again. My freedom, my health, my choice!

ALL of your animals are NEGLECTED. Everyone knows. You are a sick business. Taking pictures and a statement to corporate. Your employees & morals are trash. Do NOT support this company.
My experience is was not very good but it’s been months ago n
Just went in for the Adoption Fair, it starts at 2 but when I went in there around 1:30 there were only 3 puppies available. I asked the lady if that was all they were gonna have and she answered yes. If your going to have an adoption fair, at least have more than 3 dogs, really???
Went to Petsmart yesterday complained about how the poor cats were neglected came back today have added more cats so now over congested and even more sick cats....eyes with puss coming out of them cats with poop all over their bottoms obviously sick once again complain to manager stated it was all “Sharon’s” fault with the Paws group. Called corporate office and complained.
