Never have been back to this store or any other petsmart, we even sent an email to their online site and never got any response, so now we take our business elsewhere
Friendly staff with wide selection of pet foods and accessories. Banfield pet hospital is awesome as well.
Zero stars,because ive got zero service. Granted it was a walk in,but the amount of excuses i've got was ridiciolous.After initial yes we can do it,crayze amount of cant do's followed.let s be clear, I wanted grooming saloon to wash my miniature pincher and to have his nails cut.He has all vaccines up date,and I had all papers with me.but his paw was broken 10 yrs ago,so I told them to use cauciom not to anything wild,and to maybe muzzle him.
