Horrible Grooming experience with Gail she was SO RUDE and refused to cut my MINIATURE SCHNAUZER hair because she did not want to “fight” with him even tho my dog was staying still while she was checking him for dreads on his hair and of course my dog was scared LIKE ALL OF THE DOGS I KNOW WHEN THEY GO THERE but he DID NOT try to bite her NOT EVEN ONCE and he WAS NOT acting crazy in front of her on the contrary he was sitting down still while she was checking him. Dawn is the reason I keep bringing my Siberian Huskies to PetSmart. Since my first experience with PetSmart I have been totally satisfied with they service and friendliness. Dawn takes much pride in her career and does an awesome job. It’s a rough time dealing with 2 large Siberian Huskies and she does it very well

I love this store. They are always really helpful with any questions I have and the groomers are amazing with pups!
I took my two dogs here to get their nails cut and I was so pleased with the experience we had. The last time they went to the groomer was very traumatic, so I was definitely worried, but the girls in the grooming salon were so gentle and attentive. They made sure my dogs could see me throughout everything they did and I couldn’t be happier with the service/excellent job they did. I will most definitely bring my dogs back here every time they need to be groomed!
