On New Years Eve I took my beloved puppy to #petsmart in Schererville, In to be groomed. I received a voice message stating that there had been an accident and he would be taken to a vet for the possibility of needing a couple of stitches. I’m frantic, of course, and I meet them at the vet hospital. My puppy ended up needing 8 stitches!!! This was no small cut, this was a gaping wound! The most horrible management ever! Refused to use coupons emailed to us and threw us out! I always liked Petco better! This place lures you in w free coupons and refuses to honor them!!! The stress dropped my blood sugar, and I was even told well since you are so worried about your blood sugar you don't need the free food! Just shocked! All you did was take away from baby rescue kittens! Hope you are proud of yourself! In 20 years of rescuing and helping animals I have never had this kind of experience! Just flabbergasted!
My GOLDEN RETRIEVER (12 years old) has been going here for 7 years. Today was told she can no longer come to this location because she barks to much. I was told that because of her barking and moving it can be dangerous to her. I thought dogs bark, and if I was tied down I would move also. Thought that was part of being a dog groomer.
