I went to Banfield which is inside PetSmart. They fixed one of my fur babies. they are all awesome.
Well Petsmart is still holding my money (they have had it since Friday)...a total of $357.60, that they obtained by scanning my debit card twtice and my credit card once....claiming each time that there was an "error" and that the charge did not go through. I received a response to my email from their "Client Support Team" who recommended that I call their "Client Support Team".
