great store and staff. very friendly and caring towards pets
the groomers were so helpful, I had lots of questions about grooming. the groomer helped and walked me out to the floor to find the best clipper to use for my dog in between grooms
I took my dog for a bath. I observed one of the groomers raising her voice at a dog and speaking abusively to it. They were also very rude to me. They were absolutely swamped with too many dogs. They told me a simple bath would take 2 - 3 hours. I did not feel comfortable leaving my precious pup in their hands.
We were recommended Suzie by someone, couldn't be more happier. She is the one! She took the care and time to get to know our pup, we've had some bad grooms before around the area and had given up, but after asking around everyone loves her and so do we! She does a phenomenal job and is such a talented and skilled groomer. When booking make sure to ask for her and tip her for her service!!
The store itself is great but I have a complaint about one groomer, Gregory. I scheduled appointments with other groomers but when I dropped off Dexter we ended up with Gregory twice. Both times we have used him (just for baths, not hair cuts) Dexter has looked disheveled and did not get the “Top Pup” extras I had paid for. The second appointment I had to ask if they were done and ask again for the Christmas bandana. Customer service is excellent. I buy three different kinds of blue Buffalo for my Cockapoo. I also get coupons sometimes to use.
