great store and staff. very friendly and caring towards pets
I took my dog for a bath. I observed one of the groomers raising her voice at a dog and speaking abusively to it. They were also very rude to me. They were absolutely swamped with too many dogs. They told me a simple bath would take 2 - 3 hours. I did not feel comfortable leaving my precious pup in their hands.
The store itself is great but I have a complaint about one groomer, Gregory. I scheduled appointments with other groomers but when I dropped off Dexter we ended up with Gregory twice. Both times we have used him (just for baths, not hair cuts) Dexter has looked disheveled and did not get the “Top Pup” extras I had paid for. The second appointment I had to ask if they were done and ask again for the Christmas bandana.
