Dead fish left in aquariums, staff unhelpful when actually present.
We have a new rescue so we bought items to help with training that weren't the right fit. never said we couldn't return or exchange anything when I bought it online and picked up...but we can't until they lift that policy.

My gerbils suddenly decided living together was intolerable, and blood drawn meant a second cage was needed for their safety. I'm so grateful I was able to pay online and pick it up without waiting for delivery!

By far hands down, thee absolute best experience I’ve ever had a pet smart was at this location in Winchester Va. on 6/19/18. A young dark haired girl helped us out every step of the way, after we had rescued a special needs dog from a Va shelter, We entered this location with our new fur baby, to get her everything she could possibly need or want. So thank u so much for such a pleasant experience with our new baby.
Had such a great experience with the groomer, Hannah. She was so sweet when I picked my pit, Laydee, up. She even gave Laydee a cute bandana to come home with! My dog looks and smells terrific. I will definitely be taking her back to Hannah.
Worst PetSmart, and pet store I’ve ever been to. Every time I come in here I have to run around looking for someone to help get crickets out for me. It’s not that hard to stay around in that area. Then, every time I do eventually find someone, they always talk to me in a condescending way, acting like I don’t know how to take care of my animals. It happens every time. It’s not just innocent questions like oh what are you feeding. It’s a whole grilling session and them trying to find something wrong with the way I do things. ... read more
