They groomed my grandmothers little 7lbs dog. And charges them $65.00! She is never using them again!
Hank is a beautiful double doodle and he has been groomed here several times. Madison is fantastic!!! He’s clean as a whistle every thing taken care of from ears to rears!!! I couldn’t be more happy.
I have two golden retrievers, one that has a bad left leg and cannot stand long for grooming. Micheal a groomer that works in your Florence store went above and beyond to accommodate me and my dogs. I will be back and would recommend anyone to him. Micheal thanks again for being so wonderful to me and my sweet baby dogs �

I took my pomeranian for grooming, with instructions NOT to cut his long, full coat, just to trim his feet and bottom. Grooming manager, Trishanna, cut all his hair off, almost as short as shaving.. when I picked him up, his entire long lucious coat was GONE!! She was no where to be found when I picked him up, I asked to have her call me, she never did. Fantastic!! What a great store w friendly and helpful employees:).
I just want to give kudos to this store because they are the only local pet store we have that puts some their bettas in the regular tanks. I go in often to get stuff for our aquariums and our bunny and the store is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the fish tanks always look well maintained with healthy stock. I went in yesterday and they had put two bettas in regular tank where they had just plants. All my bettas are in community tanks and I would love to see this store move to putting more of their bettas in the ta... read more
